Lowest Price Guarantee: Terms & Conditions

If you receive a lower written quote from a qualifying competitor for the same or comparable flooring and installation, Floors To You OKC ("Floors To You," "we") will beat that price, subject to the terms below. By requesting a price beat, you agree to these terms.

1. Qualifying Competitors

The competing quote must come from a flooring retailer that, at the time of the quote:

• Operates a permanent, physical retail storefront or showroom that is open to the public during regular business hours. A home address, warehouse, storage unit, P.O. box, or virtual office does not qualify.
• Is a registered business in good standing with the State of Oklahoma.
• Carries general liability insurance and offers a written warranty on its installation labor.
• Is located within the Oklahoma City metro service area served by Floors To You.

The following do not qualify, regardless of how the business is registered (including as an LLC or corporation): independent or subcontract installers, handymen, general contractors, remodelers, builders, and any business without a public storefront. Quotes from online-only retailers, big-box material-only pricing, wholesale or distributor pricing, and auction, liquidation, or marketplace sellers also do not qualify.

2. Qualifying Quotes

The competing quote must:

• Be in writing on the competitor's letterhead or official quote form, and show the business name, address, and phone number.
• Be dated within the last 30 days and still valid on the date you present it.
• Be addressed to you for the same property Floors To You quoted.
• Itemize the manufacturer, product line or style, grade, thickness or wear layer, square footage, and total installed price including all fees and taxes.
• Cover the same scope of work as your Floors To You quote, including removal and disposal of existing flooring, furniture moving, subfloor preparation, trim and transitions, and installation warranty.
• Include warranties equal to or better than those in your Floors To You quote, in both length and coverage, for the product (manufacturer warranty) and for the installation labor. Shorter, limited, or missing warranties do not qualify.
• Include the same services, financing terms aside, that Floors To You is providing, such as in-home measuring, delivery, and cleanup.

"Comparable material" means a product of equal or higher grade, construction, and warranty, as determined by Floors To You. Verbal quotes, text messages, screenshots of advertised prices, and handwritten estimates without business identification do not qualify.

3. Exclusions

The guarantee does not apply to:

• Liquidation, salvage, overstock, clearance, closeout, discontinued, remnant, used, damaged, or "as-is" material, no matter who is selling it.
• Limited-quantity, limited-time, doorbuster, or promotional pricing, rebates, or bundled offers.
• Pricing errors, misprints, or quotes the competitor will not honor.
• Labor-only or material-only quotes, or quotes that leave out any part of the scope in Section 2.
• Commercial, builder, contractor, or multi-unit pricing.
• Purchases already contracted, paid, or installed.

4. How to Request a Price Beat

• Give the original competing quote to your Floors To You estimator before signing your Floors To You agreement or paying a deposit. Requests made after signing are not eligible.
• We may contact the competitor to verify the quote, the product, and that the business meets Section 1. If we can't verify it, the guarantee does not apply.
• One price beat per project. The guarantee cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or financing offers unless we say so in writing.

5. Our Decision

Floors To You decides, in its sole discretion, whether a competitor, quote, or product qualifies, and how much below the qualifying price our adjusted quote will be. Any price beat is valid only once it appears in a signed, written Floors To You agreement. No employee, estimator, or installer can verbally change these terms.

6. Changes

We may change or end this guarantee at any time without notice. Changes do not affect signed agreements. These terms are void where prohibited by law.
